Can I return my order?

Yes, it's possible. If you are not satisfied with the items ordered, you can return them within 30 days of receipt.
In this case, the order must meet the following conditions:
1. The order must contain all necessary parts and components, and the packaging must be in the same condition as when received with the item.
2. The item has been used appropriately and is not damaged due to negligent use.
3. Hygiene products must be carefully cleaned before starting the return process.
4. Defects in the item are noted immediately upon receipt.
5. We reserve the right to ask the customer to cover shipping costs.
6. The return is processed within 14 business days, and if the conditions are met, it is officially approved within this timeframe.

*We reserve the right to refuse to accept returned items if we suspect they have been used or damaged for reasons beyond our control.

How can I return my order?

If your order meets the conditions mentioned above, follow these steps to begin the return process.
Send an email to: info@ruthandmaeve.com.
Make sure the email includes the following information:
- Order number
- Reason for return request
- Photo of the item
- Customer's first and last name
- Customer's address
We will contact you to provide the return address and explain the next steps.

Never send the returned item to the sender's address; we will provide the correct address when you request it. As a customer, you are responsible for all shipping costs related to returning the item.

You have the right to cancel the contract under the following provision if you are an individual entering into a legal transaction primarily for purposes not related to your commercial or professional activity:

A. Cancellation Policy – Right of Cancellation

The cancellation period is 14 days from the day you or a third party designated by you (excluding the carrier) received the last item or confirmed receipt. As we work with a fully automated system, orders are processed immediately after placement. If your order has already been shipped, the refund will occur after the item is returned. To exercise your right of cancellation, you must inform us (Ruth & Maeve) with a clear statement (e.g., by email) of your decision to cancel this contract. The cancellation takes effect as soon as you inform us of your decision, within the 14-day period. Return shipping costs are the buyer's responsibility.

Shipment registration.

As our items are shipped from Asia, delivery times may be longer, and we do not control this. If the items have already been shipped, you can inform us of your cancellation now and then return them after receipt.
To ensure the fastest possible refund, please send us the shipment confirmation.

Consequences of Cancellation
If you cancel this contract, we will refund all payments we have received from you, including delivery charges (excluding additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than our least expensive standard delivery), immediately and no later than fourteen days from the day we receive the cancellation notice and the item itself. For this refund, we will use the same payment method you used in the initial transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no case will you be charged fees for this refund.

We are not responsible for errors made by the customer during purchase, such as incorrect address or contact information. We are also not responsible for failed deliveries if the recipient was not at the provided address or did not respond to the carrier's requests.

All returned items must be sent to our central warehouse in Asia/China.
