Shipping and Delivery

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days after receipt. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking code, allowing you to track the progress of your order.

Delivery Time

- Once your order is processed, you can expect delivery within 8 to 12 business days.
- Please note that delivery times are estimates and may be affected by factors such as high demand with the carrier or holidays.

Shipping Fees

For all Ruth & Maeve orders, shipping is free. We want your shopping experience to be as simple and affordable as possible.

Order Tracking

We deliver orders with the help of USPS – you can choose to receive the package at a pickup location or at home. When your order is shipped from our warehouse, you will receive a confirmation email with a USPS tracking code. This allows you to track your order at any time on our "Track My Package" page. If you encounter any issues tracking your order, feel free to contact us.

Additional Information

Order Cancellation

After payment confirmation, the order is automatically sent for logistical processing, and cancellation or modification is therefore not possible. We recommend carefully checking all information before finalizing your purchase.

Orders in Transit

When the order is within the expected delivery time and in transit, the request for return or refund is made after receiving the package.

Size Exchange

If you are unsure between two sizes, we recommend choosing the larger size. If you wish to make an exchange, you must follow the usual return procedure.
